Check in is 3:00 p.m. and Check out is 11:00 a.m. Early check in or late check out can be arranged if you give us some notice.
72 hours is required for cancellation for refunds. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Extended stay reservations require 30-60 day notice depending on the length of stay. (ask when booking)
Special events and Holidays require 30 day notification.
A full, gourmet Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. unless previously arranged. After 8:30 a continental breakfast is available
Please inform us of any special diet requirements well in advance so that we can prepare a wonderful meal for you.
If you do not plan on joining us for breakfast, we understand, but please let us know ahead as we prepare well in advance for you arrival.
Our Kitchen is the Heart of the House. We enjoy visiting with you while we cook, so please feel free to join us! But please leave the cooking to us, remember, YOU are on vacation.
Children over 6 are welcome at The Carroll House. Children under 12 may occupy the same room as their parents.
We are pet lovers and we welcome your furry family members to Carroll House. A $25 pet fee will apply. Pets 20lbs and under are allowed in the main house, larger pets may be allowed at the cottage.To be fair to our other guests who may not share our passion for animals, please keep pets on a leash when not in your room. Please bring a crate in case you leave the B&B with out taking your pet along. We also have crates to lend if you cant bring one.
The back yard of Carroll House is large and fenced. Feel free to let your pets roam under your supervision. But please scoop the poop if you dont mind!
